These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of dwellhue.com (“the site”), operated by Dwell Hue (“we”, “us”). They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure, Terms of Use and Cookie Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use this site or to submit anything to it. By using the site you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Nature of the content

Dwell Hue publishes research-based guides and reviews covering home furnishings, storage, lighting and window treatments. Our conclusions are drawn from manufacturer specifications, published documentation such as assembly and mounting instructions and warranty terms, and patterns in verified owner reviews.

Accuracy, specifications and pricing

We take care to report specifications accurately at the time of writing. Manufacturers nevertheless revise dimensions, change materials and finishes, discontinue models and alter warranty terms without notice, and retailers change prices and availability constantly.

Any price, dimension, rating or availability mentioned on this site is indicative only. Always confirm the current specification and price on the manufacturer’s or retailer’s own page before you buy. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We may revise these terms from time to time; the revised version applies from the moment it is published here, and the “last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revision.
